Specialized roles such as spokesmodels, presenters, bilingual staff, and holiday or peak-season assignments may exceed standard ranges. Your TSM Agency account executive provides a detailed quote with all pricing before you confirm any booking.
Yes. Most TSM Agency bookings have a four-hour minimum per staff member per day. Some full-day trade shows may require six to ten hours depending on the event schedule. The minimum hours and expected total hours are included in your quote before you confirm the booking.
The TSM Agency hourly rate covers talent services, agency coordination, talent selection, pre-event briefing, and on-site communication. Travel expenses, per diem, parking, and client-provided uniforms are not included unless specifically outlined in your quote.
Yes. TSM Agency requires a deposit to confirm your booking, typically 50 to 100 percent of the total depending on the event scope. The remaining balance is due before the event date. Payment terms are outlined in your booking confirmation.
