Last Updated: November 05, 2025
TSM Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to fostering a positive, professional environment that builds trust with our talent while protecting our brand and the brands of our clients. As independent contractors engaged through TSM Agency, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional promotional staffing and event experiences. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all talent to ensure mutual respect, safety, and success.
By accepting engagements through TSM Agency, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations may result in removal from our active contractor roster and future opportunities, or other actions as deemed appropriate. These guidelines are designed to promote talent trust through fair practices, support, and transparency, while safeguarding our reputation and client relationships.
Nothing in this Code of Conduct shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between TSM Agency and any talent. Talent engaged through TSM Agency act as independent contractors.
1. Professionalism and Representation
• Conduct Yourself Professionally: Act with integrity, courtesy, and enthusiasm at all times. You represent TSM Agency and our clients—your behavior directly impacts our brand.
• Appearance and Attire: Arrive groomed, punctual, and dressed according to client specifications or event themes. Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor to enhance brand interactions.
• Reliability: Confirm assignments promptly, arrive early (at least 15 minutes), and fulfill the full engagement duration. Notify us immediately of any delays or issues.
• Brand Alignment: Familiarize yourself with the client’s brand values and messaging. Promote products or services accurately and positively without exaggeration or misinformation.
2. Conduct at Events
• Engagement with Attendees: Interact respectfully, inclusively, and professionally. Avoid aggressive sales tactics; focus on building genuine connections.
• Compliance with Laws and Venue Rules: Adhere to all applicable laws, including those related to alcohol service (if applicable), health and safety protocols, and anti-discrimination regulations.
• No Unauthorized Activities: Do not solicit personal business, distribute unauthorized materials, or engage in activities that conflict with the client’s objectives.
• Substance Use: Refrain from using alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances during engagements. If an event involves sampling, do so responsibly and only if of legal age.
3. Safety and Well-Being
• Prioritize Safety: Report any unsafe conditions, harassment, or concerns to TSM Agency immediately. We are committed to your well-being and will support you in addressing issues.
• Personal Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries with clients, attendees, and fellow talent. Consent and respect are paramount.
• Health and Preparedness: Ensure you are physically and mentally fit for assignments. Inform us in advance of any accommodations needed.
• Emergency Protocols: Follow client or venue emergency procedures. In case of injury or incident, document details and notify us within 24 hours.
4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
• Protect Information: Keep client details, event strategies, and proprietary information confidential. Do not share without explicit permission.
• Social Media Guidelines: Obtain approval before posting about engagements. Use positive, professional language and tag TSM Agency or clients appropriately. Avoid negative comments or disclosures that could harm reputations.
• Media Release: By participating, you grant TSM Agency and clients permission to use photos or videos of you from events for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed. If you do not wish to grant media usage rights, notify us in writing prior to the event.
5. Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination
• Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behavior based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
• Foster Inclusivity: Treat everyone with respect and dignity to create a welcoming environment.
• Reporting: If you experience or witness violations, report confidentially to TSM Agency without fear of retaliation. We will investigate promptly and fairly.
6. Professional Relationship and Communication
We value strong, respectful working relationships. We aim to maintain clear communication and timely processing of contractor payments in accordance with agreed terms for assignments you accept. We may offer optional professional development resources to help talent strengthen event and promotional skills. You are always welcome to contact us for clarification regarding an assignment or to report an issue.
7. Violations and Removal from Opportunities
• Reporting Process: Submit concerns via email or phone. We aim to resolve issues within 5 business days.
• Depending on the severity of the issue, outcomes may include warnings, temporary pause from receiving booking opportunities, or removal from our contractor roster. Serious misconduct, illegal activity, or safety-related violations may result in immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities. You may submit an appeal in writing within 7 days for review.
We appreciate your professionalism and partnership in representing TSM Agency and our clients with excellence.
We review and update this Code annually to reflect best practices and feedback. Your adherence helps us maintain a trusted network and protect our collective brand integrity.
