TSM Agency does not supervise talent at events and is not responsible for their actions or omissions during engagements. We facilitate communication and scheduling between clients and talent, but clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supervising talent during events. We do not warrant the background, skills, character, or qualifications of any talent.

Nothing in these Terms or the use of our Website shall be construed to create an employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership between TSM Agency and any talent or user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts
